En voor de snelle rekenaars onder ons dat is dus 14\u00a0 Megawatt.<\/p>\n<p>De Lengte is 8 km en hij is bijna 200 meter hoog.\u00a0 Ik denk dat wij in Nederland iets van max 19 GW nodig hebben om het hele land van energie te voorzien. Dus je kunt wel nagaan hoe groot dit ding wel niet is. Hadden wij maar z&#8217;n dam! Nog even een vergelijking, de\u00a0 Hoover dam in Amerika haalt dit vermogen bij lange na niet (dacht iets van 3GW). De energie wordt verdeeld tussen Brazili\u00eb en Paraguay. Water wat door de dam is gegaan gaat verder in de Paran\u00e1 en inguazu river.
